The room was super spacious for the fam, and the pool was huge—perfect for the kids. Breakfast was a highlight too, with lots of yummy options. Just a little issue with service at times, but the staff were really friendly and did their best to help. Overall, a great place for a family getaway!

Great experience with friendly staff

Really enjoyed my stay! The staff was super friendly, especially Charlotte, who took care of us during meals. The gym was well-equipped and not busy when I went. The only issue was that they were out of a couple of menu items. The in-room breakfast was a nice treat, too!

the staff were really friendly and tried to help us with breakfast since im a chemo patient, which was nice. the swimming pool was a real bonus, and the food we had for dinner was decent too, pretty good taste! the bar staff were always attentive and even made me a good mojito. the hotel seemed clean and had plenty of parking.

but our room was freezing cold even after we asked them to fix the heating, and we had to call for extra blankets and still didn’t get them on time. also, the bathroom had issues with the toilet not flushing properly, which was super annoying.

We had a fantastic family getaway! The pool area was a highlight. My kids loved exploring the nearby designer outlet. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. For future guests, don't forget to check out the nearby Sainsbury for quick snacks!

Had a chill time at the hotel. The spa was awesome, and the massages? Pure bliss! Staff were super friendly. Only hiccup was the restaurant — slow service and food options were missing. The room was cozy, but I could hear banging from the nearby gym. Sainsbury's was just a 5-min walk for snacks.

Had a great time with friends exploring the nearby breathtaking castle and its vast 500-acre grounds. The hotel offered kid-friendly fun, and we enjoyed special swimming times together. Perfect for relaxing after a day of touring and entertainment close by.

The only downside was some of the staff's communication issues, which made ordering food a bit frustrating at times.

The cleaning service was consistently good, and the staff worked hard to keep things running despite being under-staffed. I enjoyed the bar with its good selection of drinks at decent prices.
